ABOUT SARA  Following her formal education and career in the Arts, Sara  pursued her passions for healing and spirituality, training in  numerous energy psychology methods, including  Reflexology, Healing Touch, Touch for Health and Pranic  healing, and later, studying   Spiritual Direction at the  Vancouver School of Theology. In 2002, Sara discovered  EFT which has become the focus of her practice.  Sara’s deeply rooted connection to the spirituality of her  Celtic ancestors is reflected in her love for the natural world,  particularly apple orchards, considered sacred ground by the  ancient Celts. The Celtic Tree of Life symbol seen throughout  this site, reflects Sara's connection to her history and its  influence on her life path.  SPIRITUAL DIRECTION (sometimes referred to as ‘soul  coaching’) has its roots in the Celtic ‘anam cara’, or ‘soul  friend’ practice of deep listening, which Sara combines with  her keen intuitive abilities to get down to the heart of what  needs healing in her clients. Together, EFT and Spiritual  Direction work very elegantly in her work with clients dealing  with ADDICTION, DEPRESSION, LIFE PURPOSE and  CHRONIC ILLNESS concerns.  Sara's sometimes irreverent humour, dynamic delivery style  and ability to synthesize diverse information in the fields of  energy healing and spirituality, come together to make her  events fun-filled and information packed.  Sara lives between ocean and mountains on the beautiful North  Shore of Vancouver.  Sara can be contacted here.
